LONELY VICE | KODACHROME CAMPAIGN
A weekend of fun shooting and unique circumstances…
Lonely Vice, a burgeoning men's fashion brand based on the Gold Coast, recently contracted CoJones Productions to develop a last-minute fashion campaign. The brief was clear: to encapsulate the brand's stylish and unique identity.
Our team traveled to Mount Tamborine, where the client had meticulously arranged for a picturesque farm property and a classic Corvette to align with the desired aesthetic. Upon arrival, we conducted a thorough scouting of the location, identifying a variety of key spots that would enhance the visual narrative of the campaign.
With approximately 1.5 hours at our disposal before the scheduled arrival of the Corvette. Our objective was to capture a diverse array of shots that would effectively convey the brand's stylish, yet quirky essence. Each scene was carefully planned to ensure that we not only met the client's expectations but also exceeded them by delivering a visually compelling and cohesive campaign.
However, as the Corvette arrived and preparations for the shoot began, we encountered an unforeseen challenge: the Corvette engine blew up!
With the clock ticking, we quickly adapted and improvised a new plan. This led to the creation of a comedic and entertaining brand shoot that remained true to the client's desired style. Our quick thinking and creativity turned a potential setback into an opportunity, resulting in a campaign that was both humorous and stylish, perfectly capturing the essence of Lonely Vice.
